Other <br />(1) continued... <br />Mr. Inks noted that items 6.L(1), (2), (3), (4), <br />and (5) are renewals of contracts for the <br />Facade Matching Grant Programs for the <br />various commercial corridors. There is no <br />new money for the contracts, simply a time <br />extension to December 31, 2009. The <br />program provides matching grants up to <br />$20,000 for facade improvements. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Extension Addendum <br />to Agreement for Programs and Services <br />with South Bend Heritage Foundation, Inc. <br />(Facade Matching Grant Program, <br />Lincolnway West) <br />(2) Extension Addendum to Agreement for <br />Programs and Services with Near <br />Northwest Neighborhood, Inc.
