ORDINANCE NO.' G - -� <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING <br />ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />KATHRYN C. P)L UGH <br />OiY CLERn, SOUTH BEND, IND. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />Section 1: <br />That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, <br />be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing <br />the zoning classification of the following described property <br />from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to <br />"A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: <br />Lots 1 -7 inclusive of Geyers Subdivision, Lots <br />5 -17 inclusive of Yoder's Survey; Lots 1 -12 <br />inclusive and 21-82 inclusive of South Side <br />Addition; Lots 8 -42 inclusive, 57 -92 inclusive <br />and Lot "A" of Kelsey's Ewing Avenue Addition; <br />Lots 1 -24 inclusive of Starr's Subdivision, <br />generally described as bounded on the East by <br />Twyckenham Drive, on the North by Calvert Street, <br />on the [lest by Leer Street, and on the South by <br />Ewing Avenue. <br />Section 2: <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal <br />publication. <br />Ist & 2nd READING <br />COVIAITTEE OF THE WWI J -a a -G �f /,2 -C S <br />PUBLIC HEARING 3 -Aa -6 <br />3rd READING y -/ 9-_G 5 <br />NOT APPROVED <br />REFERRED <br />PASSED -/ <br />of the[City of South Bend, Indiana <br />
