The lots between Vernon and Twyckenham and Twyckenham and Caroline Streets on the North side of Ewing Avenue have been excluded from the legal description and from the transparencies because they are already zoned "A" Residential. For your convenience we have seperated the two petition areas which were previously on one transparency and request that you correct a typographical error on the ordinance covering the property bounded on the North by Donald Street,on the East by Sampson Street, on the South by Ewing Avenue and on the West by Twyckenham Drive - Lots 227 -307 should read Lots 277 -307. The legal description published by the Planning Commission was correct and only on this ordinance was said error made. If you have any further questions, please contact our office.
