February 17, 1965 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally described as being bounded on the East by Twyckenham Drive and Vernon Street, on the West by Leer Street, on the North by Indiana Avenue and the N. Y. Central Railroad, and on the south by Calvert Street, was legally advertised under date of January 25, 1965 and given public hearing on February 4, 1965. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the predominant use in the subject area is single family residential.
