BLOUGH <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND. <br />ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />Section 1• <br />That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, <br />be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing <br />the zoning classification of the following described property <br />from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to <br />"A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: <br />Lots 6 -62 inclusive of Part of D. C. Leer lst <br />Addition, .Lots 1 -11 inclusive, Lots 15 -58 inclusive <br />of Leer's 3rd Addition, Lots 20 -50 inclusive, and <br />Lot "J" of Whitcomb and Keller's Lincoln School <br />Addition, and Lots 23 -29 inclusive of Mayr's <br />Vistula Avenue Addition, being more generally <br />described as parcels of land bounded on the East by <br />Twyckenham Drive and Vernon Street, on the West by <br />Leer Street, on the North by Indiana Avenue and the <br />N. Y.
