MURPHY.NasrsrAIT DIRECTOR <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />rezone frofi "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District to "C" Commercial Use and "C" Height and Area <br />District the six lots fronting on the west side of Bendix <br />Drive between Lincoln Way West and Ardmore Trail was <br />legally advertised under date of December 28, 1964 and <br />given public hearing on January 7, 1965.
