ORDINANCE N0. l -7 �(o� <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN <br />TI,tE WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />AND INFRA -RED HEATING CO., SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA FOR THE INSTALLATION OF GAS AND <br />ELECTRIC RADIANT HEATING SYSTEM IN THE <br />NORTH PUMPING STATION IN THE SUM OF <br />$ 7,304.00 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMHON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the <br />Water Works of the City of South Bend and the Infra -Red Heat- <br />ing Co., South Bend, Indiana, on the 7th day of September, 1965 <br />for the installation of a gas and electric radiant heating system <br />in the north pumping station in the sum of $7,304.00 is hereby <br />approved and confirmed. <br />SECTION II.
