NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. The South Bend Economic Development Commission's Resolution <br />No. 2014 -2 adopted on February 7, 2014 attached hereto and incorporated herein as <br />Exhibit "A" is hereby and in all ways approved. <br />SECTION II. The Property located at the northwest corner of Hill and Colfax <br />Streets in the City of South Bend, Indiana, comprising parcel numbers 18 -5005 -0128, <br />18 -5005 -0129, and 18 -5005 -0130, is hereby designated, determined and declared to be <br />an Economic Development Target Area pursuant to Ind. Code Section 6- 1.1- 12. -7, with <br />all rights and benefits conferred and authorized by law. <br />SECTION III.
