REGULAR MEETING <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Indiana, Board of Public Works (the "Board") is <br />authorized to purchase real property or personal property needed by the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana (the "City") for any public use under Indiana Code § 36-9-6-4,- and <br />WHEREAS, the Properties have been placed on the Indiana Commissioners Certificate <br />Sale: St. Joseph County Auction being conducted by SRI Incorporated as an online auction, and <br />will be available for purchase at said auction; and <br />WHEREAS, Jeff Vitton (` °Vitton") has the required knowledge and expertise to place <br />bids for the Properties and is an appropriate individual to act as the Board's agent for the <br />purposes set forth in Resolution 38-2007. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of South Bend, Indiana, Board of <br />Public Works, as follows: <br />2.
