ORDINANCE NO. 4792 -65 <br />ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS TO <br />THE OTHER EQUIPMENT ACCOUNT OF THE CITY <br />CEMETERIES DEPARTMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $300.00 <br />AND THE TRANSFER OF THE SAME FROM THE TREE <br />TRIMMING ACCOUNT OF THE CITY CEMETERIES <br />DEPARTMENT, ALL IN THE GENERAL FUND. <br />WHEREAS, Certain extraordinary conditions have developed <br />since the adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now <br />necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the <br />annual budget for the various functions of City Government, to meet <br />such extraordinary contingencies; and <br />WHEREAS, Additional other equipment is urgently needed by the <br />City Cemeteries Department to assure its ability to properly perform <br />its function and the sum of $300.00 is needed forthwith; and <br />WHEREAS, A surplus exists in another account where it is not <br />presently needed at this time; and more specifically as follows, <br />to -wit: <br />1. Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) N -261 designated as <br />Services - Contractual, Tree Trimming. <br />NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, That the sum of $300.00 be transferred from <br />Account N -261 designated as Services - Contractual, Tree Trimming, by <br />transferring it to the following account, to -wit: <br />2.
