Aamaoxr olaeoon <br />The attached petition of the Crest Manor Development Corp. <br />to annex to the City of South Bend, Indiana 4.47 acres of <br />land in the North One -half of Section 31, T37N, R3E, which <br />tract is situated approximately one - fourth of a mile <br />south of Jackson Road in the vicinity of York Road as the <br />same will be extended southward from Jackson Road was <br />legally advertised under date of July 26, 1965 and given <br />public hearing on August 5, 1965. The following action <br />was taken: 1. <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that, in their opinion, the six determinants <br />of annexation apply to the area at issue.
