Four and one -half Acre Tract <br />Centre Township, Quarter Mile <br />South Jackson Road near York Road <br />ORDINANCE N0, 4788 -65 <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF <br />CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I.
