Location: Commonly known as the Jackson school property The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend., South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions your honorable body to annex to the City of South Bend, Indiana the following described property: Beginning at a point on the present city limits which is 40 feet east of the southeast corner of the southeast one — quarter of Section 25, T37N, R2E, thence west along the south line of said Section 25, 3161.2 feet, thence North 650.85 feet, thence east ,511.2 feet, thence North 127.63 feet, thence East 2642.11 feet, thence South 778.48 feet to the point of beginning, containing an area of 54.5 acres, more or less and abutting the present city limits along a portion of the easterly side of the subject area, being commonly known as the Jackson School property.
