Location: between <br />Western Av., Grand <br />Trunk RR right - .of- <br />ORDINANCE NO. way, alley East of <br />Walnut, and alley <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTINGWest of Harris St. <br />ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />Section 1: <br />That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, <br />be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing <br />the zoning classification of the following described Aroperty <br />from "E" Heavy Industrial Use and "F" Height and Area District <br />to "A -1" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: <br />Lots 7 -14 inclusive of Harris' 1st Sub, of the <br />north part of B.O.L. 97, lots 15 -38 inclusive <br />of Harris' 2nd Sub..of part of B.O.L. 97, also <br />lots 39 -49 inclusive of Harris' 3rd Sub. of part <br />of B.O.L. 97, and lots 7 -24 inclusive and lots <br />30 -45 inclusive of Susan M.
