A"I"Alr 011"Tox <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />rezone from "B" Residential Use and "C" Commercial Use <br />and "A" and "D" Height and Area District to "A" Residential <br />Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally <br />described as bounded on the North by Calvert Street, on the <br />East by Grant Street, on the South by Ewing Avenue and the <br />alley between Ewing and Highland Avenues was legally <br />advertised under date of June 21, 1965 and given public <br />hearing on July 1, 1965. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the proposed zoning would be in the best <br />interest of the subject area.
