ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 Location: bounded on the North by Calvert Street, on East by Grant Street, on South by Ewing Ave. and the alley between Ewing and Highland Avenues. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1: That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of the following described property from "B" Residential Use and "C" Commercial Use and "A" and "D" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: All of Highland Park 2nd addition except lots 324 -334 inclusive; lots 31-76 inclusive, lots 137-155 inclusive, lots 160, 161, and 165 -180 inclusive of Highland Park; also a triangularly shaped parcel approximatley 475 feet by 418 feet by 230 feet located as the intersection of Prairie Avenue and Ewing Avenue; being more generally described as bounded on the North by Calvert Street, on the East by Grant Street, on the South by Ewing Avenue and the alley between Ewing and Highland Avenues.
