NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. The South Bend Economic Development Commission's Resolution <br />No. 2014 -2 adopted on February 7, 2014 attached hereto and incorporated herein as <br />Exhibit "A" is hereby and in all ways approved. <br />SECTION 11. The Property known as the LaSalle Hotel in the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, comprising parcel numbers 18- 1002 -0040, 18- 1002 -0041, and 18 -1002- <br />0042, is hereby designated, determined and declared to be an Economic Development <br />Target Area pursuant to Ind. Code Section 6- 1.1- 12. -7, with all rights and benefits <br />conferred and authorized by law. <br />SECTION III.
