Around 7~ people participated in the second <br />public meeting on August 19, 2008. The consultant team also conducted interviews with residents, <br />industry leaders, and city officials'. <br />Based upon the finding from community input and market research the consultant team drafted a <br />plan that the Steering Committee reviewed on September 8, 2008.
