AzzurAxr oiwecron <br />The attached petition of the ommon cil to annex to <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana approximately 167.79 acres, <br />more or less, generally between Colfax Road and the <br />Northern Indiana Toll Road and bounded on the east, south <br />and west by the present city limits and fronting on Portage <br />Road was legally advertised under date of May 24, 1965 and <br />given public hearing on June 3, 1965. The following action <br />was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that in their opinion the six determinants of <br />annexation apply to the area.'
