MURPHY. ---ANT 0111 -11 <br />The attached petition of the Common Council to annex to <br />the -City of South Bend, Indiana approx ely 29,84 acres <br />generally described as bounded on the east, north and <br />south by the present city limits, on the west by Maple <br />Road and lying between Cleveland Road and Lathrop was <br />legally advertised under date of May 24, 1965 and given <br />public hearing on June 3, 1965. The following action was <br />taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the proposal met the six determinants of <br />annexation.
