DIVISION OF <br />THE NEW YORK AIR BRAKE CO., FOR <br />CONTROL AUD METERING EQUIPMENT IN <br />THE SUM OF $402868.00. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the South <br />Bend City Water Works and the B.I.F. Division of the New York Air <br />Brake Co., on the 24th day of August, 1964, for control aid meter- <br />ing equipment in the sum of Forty thousand Eight - hundred Sixty <br />eight Dollars ($40,868.00) is hereby approved and confirmed. <br />SECTION II.
