FROM THE GENERAL FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />MCI` 23'10-x1'7 $3, 340.00 AND THE REDUCTIONS IN THE SAME <br />AMOUNT OF ANOTHER ACCOUNT, TO-WIT: <br />KATHRYN L. BLOUGH ACCOUNT L -11. <br />CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND. <br />WHEREAS, Certain extraordinary conditions have developed since <br />the adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now <br />necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the <br />annual budget, for the various functions of city government to meet <br />such extraordinary emergencies: <br />SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, that for the expenses of City Government and <br />its institutions for the year ending December 31, 1964, the follow- <br />ing sums of money are hereby appropriated and set apart out of the <br />fund herein named and for the purpose herein specified, subject <br />to the laws governing the same, and such sums herein appropriated <br />shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made <br />during the year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated and pro- <br />vided by law. <br />SECTION II. That for said fiscal year there is hereby appropri- <br />ated out of the city fund hereinafter designated, the following <br />specified amount to meet such extraordinary emergencies as follows: <br />General Fund . <br />Engineering Department Account L -725, Properties - Office Equipment, <br />$3,340.00. <br />SECTION III.
