C3~n~r has entered into an agreement with City of South Bend- <br />f2ede~eio~,rnesst Cornrnission dated September 19, 2008 for a Home Improvement <br />Loam in the amount of Six Thousand Seven Hundred ($6 700.OO~to be used for the <br />sole purpose of rehabilitating the premises commonly 1010 Vassar Street, South <br />B~°nd, 1N, 4e516 and more full described as: <br />Tnc West 1'~ of I.c~ts 2_and 3 of Muesscl's First Addition <br />2. C~ne~ has entered into an Agreement for Rehabilitation of Real Property <br />dated _ ,~ ~~rith Tri-M Construction (Contractor) for the rehabilitation of <br />Bald I"3rc;T_~.'. <br />3. C)~ne~' Fig Cors~xnission hereby authorizes the Division of Community <br />Levelopment to monitor and inspect the rehabilitation work, to approve or disapprove <br />Contractor's performance, to approve or disapprove proposed changes, to issue stop <br />~-~~orir orders when Supervisor determines that such action is in the Owner's best <br />is ~t~:rest and to perfor m all other acts necessary to insure that Contractor fulfills its <br />obligations under the Agreement for Rehabilitation of Real Property, including all <br />terms and conditions thereof. <br />~. ®s€•nex ~ Corn~nission hereby- authorizes the Supervisor to disburse the <br />proceeds of Ovmer's Home improvement Loan to pay the costs of rehabilitation <br />performed at the above described premises, pursuant to the Agreement for <br />Rehabilitation of Reai Property. Disbursement of said loan proceeds shall be made <br />pursuant to the terms and conditions of said Agreement for Rehabilitation of Real <br />Property. <br />
