C3~n~r has entered into an agreement with City of South Bend- f2ede~eio~,rnesst Cornrnission dated September 19, 2008 for a Home Improvement Loam in the amount of Six Thousand Seven Hundred ($6 700.OO~to be used for the sole purpose of rehabilitating the premises commonly 1010 Vassar Street, South B~°nd, 1N, 4e516 and more full described as: Tnc West 1'~ of I.c~ts 2_and 3 of Muesscl's First Addition 2. C~ne~ has entered into an Agreement for Rehabilitation of Real Property dated _ ,~ ~~rith Tri-M Construction (Contractor) for the rehabilitation of Bald I"3rc;T_~.'. 3. C)~ne~' Fig Cors~xnission hereby authorizes the Division of Community Levelopment to monitor and inspect the rehabilitation work, to approve or disapprove Contractor's performance, to approve or disapprove proposed changes, to issue stop ~-~~orir orders when Supervisor determines that such action is in the Owner's best is ~t~:rest and to perfor m all other acts necessary to insure that Contractor fulfills its obligations under the Agreement for Rehabilitation of Real Property, including all terms and conditions thereof. ~. ®s€•nex ~ Corn~nission hereby- authorizes the Supervisor to disburse the proceeds of Ovmer's Home improvement Loan to pay the costs of rehabilitation performed at the above described premises, pursuant to the Agreement for Rehabilitation of Reai Property. Disbursement of said loan proceeds shall be made pursuant to the terms and conditions of said Agreement for Rehabilitation of Real Property.
