ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ONE THOUSAND TWO <br />HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,200.00) TO THE POLICE <br />DEPARTMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF RADAR EQUIP- <br />MENT TO BE A TRANSFER FROM ACCOUNT Pll INTO <br />ACCOUNT P726, ALL BEING IN THE GENERAL FUND. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. <br />The sun of One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00) is <br />hereby appropriated to the Police Department for the purchase of radar <br />equipment and said One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00) is to be <br />appropriated to account P726, Other Equipment, for said purpose.
