ORDINANCE NO. !Z7/6 --L 7 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA; Section 1: That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of the following described property from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "All Height and Area District: Lots 1, 7, 8, 14 of Part of Westchester 1st Unit, Lots 65 -96 inclusive of Part of Lincoln Manor 2nd Addition and Lots 148 -259 inclusive of Part of Lincoln Manor; being generally described as bounded on the East by Meade Street, on the West by the 1st north - south alley East of Bendix Drive, on the North by Prast Blvd., and on the South by Westmore Street.
