ORDINANCE NO. 7/5 r`x <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING <br />ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1• <br />That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, <br />be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing <br />the zoning classification of the following described property <br />from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to <br />"A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: <br />Lots 15, 21, 22, 28, 29, 35 of Part.of Westchester <br />1st Unit, Lots 17- 64.inclusive of Lincoln Manor <br />2nd Addition and Lots 90 -147 inclusive, Lots 260 -303 <br />inclusive of Part of Lincoln Manor, being more <br />generally described as being bounded on the East <br />by Meade Street, on the South by Prast Blvd., on <br />the West by the 1st north -south alley East of <br />Bendix Drive, and on the North by Bonds Avenue <br />and Green Street. <br />Section 2: <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal <br />publication. <br />/ /a3 -� / <br />i� <br />_ W1110LE %2 c Y <br />p� r <br />Oi 11.
