ORDINANCE NO. }710 _ -G AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,044.09 FROM THE STREET AND TRAFFIC FUND TO ACCOUNT S -252 DESIGNATED AS REPAIRS OF EQUIPMENT. WHEREAS: Certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget, for the various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary emergencies: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: PI SECTION I. The sum of One Thousand Forty -four Dollars and Nine cents ($1,044.09) is hereby appropriated from the Street and Traffic Fund of the Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, for the purpose of providing an increase in account No. S -252 for the purpose of permitting necessary emergency repairs to equip- ment of the South Bend Street Department.. Said sum is appropriated to Account No. S -252, designated as Services - Contractual, Repairs of Equipment. SECTION II.
