ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN <br />ADDITIONAL $1,200.00 FROM THE <br />GENERAL FUND TO THE BUILDING <br />DEMOLITION, REPAIR AND CON - <br />TINGENEY FUND. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF'SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. WHEREAS, Certain extraordinary conditions have <br />developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget, so <br />that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was <br />appropriated in the annual budget, for the various functions <br />of City Government to meet such extraordinary emergencies; and, <br />SECTION II. WHEREAS, Additional funds are urgently needed <br />by the Building Department to assure its ability to properly <br />perform itS function arrlthe sum of One Thousand Two hundred <br />($1,200.00) Dollars is needed forthwith; and <br />SECTION III. WHEREAS, Sufficient uneomitted funds remain <br />in the General Fund out of which said appropriations can be made, <br />there is hereby appropriated from the Fund the sum of <br />One thousand Two - hundred ($1,200.00) Dollars to the Building <br />Demolition, Repair and Contingency Fund. <br />SECTION IV.
