ORDINANCE NO. 4-17 0 e— —G z/ <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT <br />BETWEEN THE SOUTH BEND CITY WATER <br />WORKS AND WALLACE & TIERNAN, INC., <br />FOR CHLORINE FEEDING EQUIPMENT IN <br />THE SUM OF $17,371.00. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the South <br />Bend City Water Works and Wallace & Tiernan, Inc., on the 24th <br />day of August, 1964, for Chlorine Feeding Equipment in the sum <br />of Seventeen Thousand Three hundred Seventy -one Dollars <br />($17,371.00) is hereby approved and confirmed. <br />SECTION II.
