BLOUGH <br />CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND. <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION <br />TO THE ACCOUNT V 722 " MOTOR EQUIPMENT" IN <br />���i THE AMO[ 1NT OF $ AND THE TRANSFER OF THE <br />SAME FROM ACCOUNT MVH - 422 "SALT ", BOTH <br />ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE MOTOR VEHICLE <br />HIGHWAY FUND, 19 s <br />WHEREAS, Certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the <br />existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was <br />appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of city government to meet <br />such extraordinary conditions; and, <br />WHEREAS, Additional motor equipment is needed by the Street Department to assure <br />its ability to properly perform its function; and, <br />WHEREAS, A surplus exists in another account where it is not presently needed, <br />therefore: <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />%8,,900 <br />Section I. That the sum of 6 be transferred from Account MVH -422, <br />designated as "Salt ", and transferred and appropriated to Account MVH - 722, <br />designated as "Motor Equipment ", both accounts being within the Motor Vehicle <br />Highway Fund. <br />Section II.
