ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA, AMENDING THE TEAMSTER EMPLOYEE WAGE <br />ORDINANCE (No. 10267 -13) TO CORRECT THE ATTACHED SCHEDULE OF <br />POSITIONS AND WAGE RATES <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />On October 30, 2013, the Common Council approved Ordinance No 10267 -13 <br />fixing the maximum wages of Teamster Employees for calendar years 2014 through <br />2016 inclusive ( "the Teamster Wage Ordinance 2014 - 2016). <br />Since passage of the Teamster Wage Ordinance 2014 -2016, the City <br />Administration has identified three errors contained in the original attachment to the <br />Ordinance which were unintended and inconsistent with the terms of the final, ratified <br />collective bargaining agreement between the City of South Bend and Teamsters Local <br />Union No. 364. This Ordinance amends the Attachment to Ordinance No. 10267 -13. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The Attachment to Teamster Wage Ordinance 2014 -2016 (No. <br />10267 -13) is amended, and the Amended version is now attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein as Exhibit A. <br />SECTION II. All other terms, conditions, and Sections of the Teamster Wage <br />Ordinance 2014 -2016 (No. 10267 -13) shall remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION III.
