PERSONNEL ~ FINANCE <br />AUGUST 11, 2008 <br />Committee Members Present: Chairperson, Tom LaFountain, David Varner, Vice-President, <br />Oliver J. Davis, AI "Buddy" Kirsits <br />Councilmember's Present: Timothy A. Rouse, Karen White, Ann Puzzello <br />Others Present: Rita Kopala, Jamie Loo, Gary Gilot, Mayor Stephen Luecke, Tim Hudak <br />Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, John Voorde <br />Chairperson LaFountain called the meeting to order at 4:20 p.m., and introduced Chuck Clark, <br />Business Licensing Manager, reported six (6) scrap dealers applied for operating licenses, 3 of <br />which were renewals. One applicant did not have the required surveillance camera. This license <br />could be issued with restrictions pending compliance. It was noted Councilmember Oliver J. <br />Davis was touring each of the scrap yard sites. <br />Councilmember AI "Buddy" Kirsits motioned and Councilmember Oliver J.
