The property sought to be rezoned is located at 3409 East McKinley <br />Avenue, South Bend, Indiana, on the North side of McKinley Avenue <br />West of its intersection with Hickory Road. <br />2. The property is owned by R. M. Jones and Mrs. Robert M. Jones, <br />tenants by the entireties. <br />3.
