Goo <br />An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing <br />Cha ter 0 of the Munici al KATHRYN L. BLOUGIA <br />Code o outh bend, Indiana CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEM, IND. <br />Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana that: <br />Section 1. Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code of South <br />Bend, Indiana (formerly Zoning Ordinance No. 3702 of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana) be and the same is hereby amended, supplemented, <br />and changed in Sections 40 -14 and 40 -24, (Sections 2 and Section 9B <br />of Ordinance No. 3702) thereof to provide that the following des- <br />cribed real estate located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />to -wit: <br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5, Township <br />37 North, Range 3 East, beginning at a point on the <br />south line of said Section (being the center line of <br />the right of way for McKinley Avenue) 838.25 feet <br />west of the southeast corner of said Section; thence <br />North a distance of 726 feet; thence West 75 feet; <br />thence South a distance of 726 feet; thence East 75 <br />feet to the place of beginning; the south 40 feet of <br />said property being subject to the right of way for <br />McKinley Avenue. <br />be and the same hereby is changed in its Use District Regulation <br />classification from "A" Residence District to "C" Commercial <br />District; and in its Height and Area District classification from <br />"A" Height and Area District to "E" Height and Area District. <br />
