Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana that: Section 1. Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code of South Bend, Indiana (formerly Zoning Ordinance No. 3702 of the City of South Bend, Indiana) be and the same is hereby amended, supplemented, and changed in Sections 40 -14 and 40 -24, (Sections 2 and Section 9B of Ordinance No. 3702) thereof to provide that the following des- cribed real estate located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, beginning at a point on the south line of said Section (being the center line of the right of way for McKinley Avenue) 838.25 feet west of the southeast corner of said Section; thence North a distance of 726 feet; thence West 75 feet; thence South a distance of 726 feet; thence East 75 feet to the place of beginning; the south 40 feet of said property being subject to the right of way for McKinley Avenue. be and the same hereby is changed in its Use District Regulation classification from "A" Residence District to "C" Commercial District; and in its Height and Area District classification from "A" Height and Area District to "E" Height and Area District.
