ORDINANCE NO. 4844 -66 FILED IN CLERKS GFFICE AFAR 919; AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SUB- SECTION (b)' OF SECTION ONE (1) OF ORDINANCE NO. 3964 KATHRYN L. BLOUGH BEING AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SCHEDULE OR CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, I,N0, RATES AND CHARGES TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND FROM THE OWNERS OF PROPERTY SERVED BY THE SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS OF SAID CITY AND OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH; AND SUBSTITUTING A NEW SUB- PARAGRAPH (b) IN SAID SECTION ONE (1) IN LIEU THEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, Section 1.. That Sub - Section (b) of Section 1 of Ordinance 3964 is hereby repealed. Section 2. In lieu of the Sub - Section (b) of' Section 1 of 6rdinance,3964 repealed by Section 1 of this Ordinance, the following is hereby substituted and enacted: The water usage schedule on which the amount of said rates and eharges shall be determined shall be as follows: Quantity of water used per month RATE PER 100 CU. PER MONTH First From 501 From 2,001 From 4,501 From 12,001 From 302001 From 50,001 From 100,001 From 500,001 Over 1,000,000 500 cu.ft. to 2,000 cu.ft. to 4,500 cu.ft, to 12,000 cu.ft. to 30,000 cu.ft. to 50,000 cu.ft. to 100,000 cu.ft. to 500,000 cu.ft. to1,000,000 cu.ft. $ .32 per 100 cu.ft. .22 Per 100 cu.ft. .19 per 100 cu.ft. .15 per 100 cu.ft. .14 per 100 cu.ft. .12 per 100 cu.ft. .10 per 100 cu.ft. .09 per 100 cu.ft. .07 per 100 cu.ft. .05 per 100 cu.ft. The above rates and charges are in addition to water rates and charges and the minimum charge per month for each bill shall be $1.60 Section 3.
