BICKEL, being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and says; That he did, on the 1-3 day of 1 ua� 1965, post in three public places in the City of South Bend, Indiana a copy of the notice to taxpayers of a public hearing to be held on the�day of JAIV 1965 on the matter of the appropriation of the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,500,000) to provide funds for the acquisition of land as a site or sites for, and the construction, furnishing and equipment of, a building or buildings as a centralized city facility to house various departments, offices and branches of city government and also to provide for the housing and maintenance of city equipment of the City of South Bend, Indiana; together with the incidental expenses in connection with the foregoing and on account of the issuance of bonds therefor. Said appropriation is in addition to all existing appropriations provided for in the existing budgets, and funds to meet the proposed appropriation are to be provided by the issuance of bonds. Said notice was in the form attached hereto and was posted in the following places: 1. The main hall of the City Administration Building. 2. The East entrance hall of the St. Joseph County Court House, 3. The main hall at the Park Administration Building. James A.
