May 11, 1965 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the Common Council to annex to the City of South Bend approximately acres bounded on the North By Darden Road, on the West by the St. Joseph River, on the South by the Northern Indiana Toll Road, and on the East by the West boundary line of Brooktrails Subdivision,was legally advertised under date of April 26, 1965 and given public hearing on May 6, 1965. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that in their considered opinion the six determinants of annexation apply to the area at issue.
