Location: 11.7 arses, more or less, east of Miami Rd, North of Jackson Rd and abutting the present ORDINANCE NO. 4773 -65 city limits on the east. AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO AND BRINGING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF SOUTH,BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LANDS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1• That the following described property in St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, is hereby annexed to and brought within the City of South Bend, Indiana: A tract of land situated partially in the Southwest one - quarter of Section 30, T37N, R3E, and partially in the northwest one - quarter of Section 31, T37, R3E, described as beginning at a point on the present City Limits which is 826 feet West and 40 feet South of the Northeast corner of the North- west one - quarter of said Section 31, thence West on a line parallel to and 40 feet South of the North line of said Section 31, for a distance of 734.01 feet, thence North 693 feet into the Southwest one- quarter of said Section 30, thence East on a line parallel to and 653 feet North of the South line of said Section 30 for a distance of 734.01 feet to the present City Limits, thence South along the present C4-t,y Limits to the point of beginning containing an area of 11.7 acres, more or less.
