Gunn Jr. to rezone <br />from "A" Residential Use to "B" Residential Use 305 <br />Manchester Drive was legally advertised under date of <br />May 24, 1965 and given public hearing under date of June <br />3, 1965. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the proposed zoning would provide a <br />buffer between the highway and commercial <br />uses and the dwellings to the north of the <br />subject property.
