AassiAIT 0111 -01 <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District the property generally described as being bounded <br />on the East by Ironwood Drive, on the west by Sampson <br />Street, on the North by the rear lot line of lots fronting <br />on Randolph Street, and on the South by.Bowman Street was <br />legally advertised under date of May 24, 1965 and given <br />public hearing on June 3, 1965. The following action was <br />taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the proposed zoning would be in keeping <br />with the character of the area.
