"""'HT HRw OR <br />June 7, 1965 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District the property generally being bounded on the East <br />by Olive Street and the 1st north -south alley West of <br />Olive Street, on the West by Eclipse Place and Meade <br />Street, on the North by the rear lot lines of lots <br />fronting on Bonds Avenue, and on the South by Bonds Avenue <br />and Westmoor Street was legally advertised under date of <br />May 24, 1965 and given public hearing on June 3, 1965. <br />The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the predominant use in the subject area <br />is single family residential.
