r"m� �d r n ORDINANCF,NO._L AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 General Description. 1121 N. Hickory Road South Bend, Indiana BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1: That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of the following described property from "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "B" Residential use and "B" Height and Area District: A part of the South one -half of the North Fast one- fourth of Section No. 5, Township No. 37 North Range No. 3 East, which part is bounded by a line running as follows, viz: Beginning at a point 630 feet North of the South Fast corner of said South one -half of the North East one - fourth of Section No. 5; thence North 684 feet to the North East corner of said South one- half of the North Fast one - fourth of Section No. 5; thence West 336 feet; thence South 681.85 feet to a point West of the place of beginning; thence East 336 feet to the place of beginning, and being a part of Lot No. 1 in a partition of the lands of Adam Seifert, Deceased, excepting therefrom a parcel of land described as follows: Commencing at a point 984 feet North of South Hest corner of said South one-half of the North East Quarter of Section No. 5; thence North 330 feet; thence Kest 336 feet; thence South 330 feet; thence East 336 feet, to the place of beginning.
