MURPHY.AamsTART DmOCT01 <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />zone "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District <br />an irregularly shaped tract of land generally described as <br />f lying East of Miami Road near Jackson Road and abutting the <br />!city limits on its southern boundary was legally advertised <br />under date of August 23, 1965 and given public hearing on <br />September 2, 1965. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the proposed zoning would conform to the <br />use to which the property is being put and <br />allow for its further development.
