Location: 11.7 acres, more or less, east of Miami Rd., North of Jackson and abut- ting the city limits on the east. ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND — SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1: That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by zoning the following described property "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: A tract of land situated partially in the Southwest one quarter of Section 30, T37N, R3E, and partially in the northwest one quarter of Section 31, T37N, R3E, described as beginning at a point on the present City limits which is 826 feet West and 40 feet South of the Northeast corner of the Northwest one quarter of said Section 31, thence West on a line parallel to and 40 feet South of the North line of said Section 31, for a distance of 734.01 feet, thence North 693 feet into the Southwest one - quarter of said Section 30, thence East on a line parallel to and 653 feet North of the South line of said Section 30 for a distance of 734.01 feet to the present city limits, thence South along the present city limits to the point of beginning containing an area of 11.7 acres, more or less.
