MURPHY. . —DIANr B.—Y. <br />The attached petition of Charles and Pauline Menyhart to rezone <br />from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to <br />"C" Commercial Use and "B" Height and Area District Lots 25 and <br />26 as shown on the recorded plat of Mayr's Michigan Avenue <br />Addition, being generally described as 1010 and 1012 N. Olive <br />Street was legally advertised under date of August 23, 1965 and <br />given public hearing on September 2, 1965. The following action <br />was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the <br />proposed zoning would be in the best interest of the <br />subject property.
