ORDINANCE 140. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING - CHAPTER 16, SECTION 28 OF ORDINANCE NO. 4608 -63, BEING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, 1962, REVOKING ANY AND ALL PRO- VISIONS IN CONFLICT THEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COL1901L OF TA CITY OF SOUTH Bkmb, INDIANA. SECTION I. That Chapter 16, Section 28 of the Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, 1962, be revoked acid the following passed in liew thereof: Sections 16 -28 "Transporting Materials from Outside to Within City". No person shall transport or cause to be trans- ported any of the materials, objects or things referred to in Section 16 -22 from outside the City to any place whatsoever within the City for deposit, except In such areas as are designated by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City as landfill areas and are approved by the St. Joseph County Health Department for that use. All landfill areas must be operated under the terms and regulations of this Ordinance. SECTION II.
