ORDINANCE NO. 4U2__U <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT AND <br />LEASE BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF ST. Pursuant to the authority set forth in the Acts of the <br />Indiana General Assembly for the year 1947, Chapter 21, that <br />certain Contract and Lease Agreement entered into by and between <br />the County of St. Joseph, Indiana, acting by and through its Board <br />of County Commissioners and the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />acting by and through its Board of Public Works and Safety, which <br />said Contract and Lease Agreement was entered into on the 8th day <br />of November, 1965, and is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" <br />and incorporated herein by reference to the some extent as if it <br />were fully recited herein, is hereby approved and confirmed. <br />SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor and after <br />the enactment of a substantially similar ordinance by the County <br />Council of St. Joseph County, Indiana, and shall thereafter <br />constitute a binding contract for the purposes indicated therein. <br />Member of a Co on Council <br />i','JHRYN L.
