LUECKE, MAYOR <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />September 19, 2001 <br />Members of the Common Council <br />Council Chambers <br />County-City Building, 4th Floor <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />RE: Property Vacation <br />Dear Members of the Council: <br />PHONE 2191235-9251 <br />Fnx 219/235-9171 <br />TDD 219/235-5567 <br />In accordance with Municipal Code Section 18-53.8, a favorable recommendation is being <br />submitted to the Common Council concerning a property vacation on the following: <br />Campeau Street from the north right of way line of Rockne Drive to the south right of way <br />line of Churchill Drive for a distance of 312.35 feet and a width of 20 feet. Being the <br />northeast portion of the right of way for Campeau Street adjacent to Lot 392 in the <br />Coquillard Woods Addition, Section F and Lot 481 Coquillard Woods Addition, Section I, <br />in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br />Mr. Gilot advised that the Board is in receipt of favorable recommendations concerning this <br />Vacation Petition from the Police Department, Area Plan, Solid Waste, Fire Department, Department <br />of Economic Development and the Department of Public Works. <br />Therefore, the Board submits to you a favorable recommendation concerning this <br />vacation, subject to any utility easements that may be necessary. <br />Sincerely, <br />ngelJcob; C ' k <br />c: Rosemary Mandrici, Assessor's Office <br />Melinda Stopczynski, Auditor's Office <br />Attachments <br />
