EXCERPTS FROM THE MINUTES OF THE AREA PLAN COMMISSION <br />MEETING HELD ON MARCH 15, 1966 <br />2. The Secretary now read a proposed ordinance amending the <br />Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, 1962, <br />as amended, also known as Ordinance No. 4563, the Sub- <br />division Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />relative to the recording of final plats. <br />Mr. Wilson stated that the purpose of the amendment was to <br />spell out the necessity of recording final plats and the <br />information required. <br />No one appeared in remonstrance. <br />After due consideration it was moved by Mr. Taylor, seconded <br />by Mr. Wise and unanimously carried that the ordinance be <br />recommended favorably to the Common Council. <br />
