FOR THE PURCHASE OF MECHANICAL <br />JOINT GATE VALVES IN THE SUM OF $9,175.02. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />INDIANA: , <br />SECTION I. That the contract entered into between the South Bend <br />City Water Works and James B.
